Certain items are excluded from free delivery that must be sent by a specialist carrier i.e. liquids, aerosols, paint, gas canisters. or are bulky/heavy. Special orders, Sale items and items supplied direct from a manufacturer might be excluded from free delivery, we will always seek your authority before despatch/charging in these rare occasions (if it is any different from what our system has quoted).

We keep our delivery charges to a minimum and offer a number of delivery options so we can better meet your needs. These are available in your basket once you add your address details.

Items cancelled or returned for refund

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused and in the original condition with tags attached within 30 days of the day that you receive your order.
