Building a wing foil setup
A complete setup has three parts: a wing that you hold, a foil board that you stand on, and a foil underneath, made up of a mast, a front wing and a tail wing. Riders who are learning usually start with a higher-volume board, a larger front wing and a larger, more stable tail, then size down as their skills improve.
